1. DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

We currently offer delivery within South Africa using the shipping options displayed at checkout.

Standard delivery:
Free for orders of R770 or more.
R100 for orders below R770.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

Express delivery:
R150.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, adverse weather, remote-area delivery requirements or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer international delivery to selected destinations displayed at checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

Delivery times may vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery requirements, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may legally be imported into their destination country.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

We cannot be responsible for delivery delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
