SHIPPING POLICY

Kgothatso Makokoe Global Luxury House is operated by Kgothatso Makokoe (Pty) Ltd.
1. DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
We currently offer delivery within South Africa using the shipping options displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery:
Free for orders of R770 or more.
R100 for orders below R770.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
Express delivery:
R150.
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, adverse weather, remote-area delivery requirements or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
2. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer international delivery to selected destinations displayed as available at checkout.
International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.
International delivery times may vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery requirements, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Because BOGOSI is a fragrance product, international transportation may be subject to carrier, Dangerous Goods, customs and destination-country requirements. Certain products, destinations or shipping services may therefore be unavailable or subject to additional restrictions.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Under the DAP model, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage or disbursement charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier in connection with the importation of the order.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities and applicable regulations of the destination country and may vary according to the destination, product classification, country of origin, customs value and applicable local rules.
Such charges are not included in the product price or international shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Where applicable, the destination customs authority or carrier may contact the customer to arrange payment before the shipment can be released or delivered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may legally be imported into their destination country.
4. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
We cannot be responsible for delivery delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND DELIVERY DELAYS
International shipments may be delayed while customs authorities or the applicable carrier process, inspect or clear a shipment.
Customers may be required to provide additional information or documentation or to pay applicable duties, taxes or clearance-related charges before delivery can be completed.
Where a shipment cannot be delivered because required import charges have not been paid, required information has not been provided, or the product cannot legally be imported into the destination country, the shipment may be delayed, returned or otherwise handled in accordance with the carrier's procedures and applicable law.
6. DELIVERY ISSUES

7. RETURNS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
International customers should note that customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other destination-country charges may not be recoverable from the relevant customs authority or carrier in the event of a return.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to a customer under applicable law.
